Room Changes

Now the new building is open, we have renumbered the consultation rooms.  Please note the nursing rooms are numbered 1-4 and the GP rooms 5-16.  There are notices in the waiting room to help guide patients around the building.

New Telephone System

We have recently introduced a new telephone system, which we hope will improve the service to patients.  We would welcome any feedback to enable us to monitor the new system and make changes where we can to improve things.  Please contact the Practice Manager at manorsurgery@nhs.net or fill out a comments slip at Reception.

Mental Health Day

The Manor Surgery patient participation group are running a Mental Health information day on Saturday 8th July from 10am-1pm

'Keeping mentally well and getting through difficult times' - for more information please go to our news section.

Home Visits

sharkWhilst we encourage our patients to come to the surgery, where we have the proper equipment and facilities available, we appreciate that this is not always possible. If you do need a home visit, you can help us by calling reception before 11:00. Home visits can be requested later in the day in an emergency.

You should only request a home visit if you are housebound or are too ill to visit the practice. Your GP may ring you to assess your condition and the urgency of the visit. Please bear this in mind and be prepared to provide suitable details to enable the doctor to schedule house calls

You can also be visited at home by a community nurse if you are referred by your GP. You should also be visited at home by a health visitor if you have recently had a baby or if you are newly registered with a GP and have a child under five years.
