The doctor addressed the two issues I had raised on my request, despite the fact that that made the appointment over-run slightly. The doctor listened to my future concerns regarding my problem, and engaged with them actively rather than dismissing them or just moving on.

Annie was absolutely brilliant! Had my first smear test and she was already aware that it was my first one so talked me through the whole process, made me feel totally at ease. She asked if I’d had any past trauma to which I answered yes and my eyes started to water and she handled it with such care and thoughtfulness, wanting to make sure I felt safe and comfortable through the whole process. I was so surprised with how quick the smear test was as she just talked to me throughout making me feel very at ease. Please let Annie know that she was absolutely brilliant!!!

Very nice and professional diabetic nurse/Doctor. Saw my self and wife together. Went through all our blood test results. Was never rushed. All questions were answered and valuable advise given in the way forward. Follow up appointment made. Learnt more with this member of staff than any other over 8 years.

I know it is not akways possible but I would prefer to see the same practioner at every visit as you form an understanding and bond about your medical history. Progress or otherwise can be monitored better.

Dr. Rammal listened to all my concerns and was very thorough. I felt like he actually understood my concerns. I was also seen early (my appointment was at 9.15am and I was called in at 9.10am) and I didn’t feel rushed.

I have recently had to email the surgery for an appointment as I have lost my voice. On three occasions I have been able to see someone that same morning - first a referral to UCC, then to a nurse, then to a doctor. You can't get a better service than that.

We must be the lucky ones being registered with The Manor Surgery. I made an enquiry online using e-consult, heard back from the surgery the following day with an appointment for the following week. At the surgery checking in was straightforward and we didn’t have to wait long before getting called in. The doctor was very professional and explained what would happen next. We were expecting to get a referral in the post in say a few months (being optimistic), but actually got the referral appointment letter through the day after seeing the GP! Even the referral is less than a month away. Amazing experience really when I consider what is said in the news about GP access. Thank you to the Manor Surgery Headington

Dr Hollaender has been particularly helpful in diagnosing and treating my anxiety disorder and depression. She has a very empathetic attitude towards mental health disorders and i am very grateful to have Dr Hollaender as my GP.

I have nothing but praise for The Manor Surgery since they took over the care of Kennington Health Centre patients. The medical and admin staff are excellent. They respond to phone calls and the online form requests quickly, offering phone calls or, if appropriate, same day face to face appointments or soon afterwards. They also communicate with text messages.

Just had an excellent clinic appointment with Jennean Pankau. She was absolutely wonderful and made me feel so at ease whilst I had my first ever ECG. She talked me through the whole process. I also had bloods taken during the same appointment which was such an efficient way to manage both mine and the practice's time. Jennean again made me feel so at ease, especially for someone who is nervous when having bloods taken. Thank you so much!

Always so helpful, your administrative staff are always so on the ball and know when to escalate when things need to be dealt with more urgently and always assisting in a polite and friendly manner. I cannot fault the medical care I've had inder your practice, even in trying times and seeing various GPs, i have no concerns as the whole team appear to be working on the same processes/pathways/protocols and the consistency even between clinicans is invaluable. Thank you so much.
