The Manor Group Patient Participation Group

We have an active Patient Participation Group (PPG) representing the patients of the Manor Surgery and Kennington Health Centre. 

Any individual registered as a patient with the surgery, is invited to contribute to our PPG. We work to proactively ensure the group is representative of our practice population.

Our next meeting will be held on Tuesday 21st May 2024, 4pm at Kennington Health Centre. 

     

This group has a number of aims, including the following:

  • Liaison between the professional staff and patient representatives
  • Patient representatives liaising informally with other patients to find out their views, their concerns, their interests in developing other patient support groups
  • Meeting with representatives from other Health Centres and Patient Participation Groups
  • Developing community links and supports

In order to gather a truly representative sample of patients together, we welcome patients from all manner of diverse backgrounds including young people, students, workers, retired people, people with long term conditions, and people from non-British ethnic groups.
